Profile

Angela originally trained and worked as a calligrapher, writing and painting on vellum. A continuing interest in drawing and painting evolved and began to include stitch.

Working from source she sketches subjects from the natural world and then interprets these in felt and stitch. She dyes all her fibres to create a palette of colours with which to work.
